Support for winter heating or industrial heat reuse?

Yes. By integrating an external Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE), the system can export high-quality return water heat ($45\text{°C}$ to $60\text{°C}$) for building heating, greenhouse agriculture, or other industrial applications.

Days required from arrival to full commissioning?

The installation timeline depends on the model:12-miner micro skid: Grid-connected within half a day.308-miner standard container: Full-load commissioning completed in 2 to 3 days by a skilled team.

Ground and foundation requirements for installation?

A level, hardened concrete foundation or load-bearing steel frame is essential. The site must satisfy specific requirements for flatness, load-bearing capacity, reliable power supply, proper drainage, and space for equipment hoisting.

Custom branding and CSC shipping certification?

Custom logos and color schemes are supported with separate quotations based on complexity. For international logistics, we provide all necessary certification documents, including CSC certification, to ensure compliant maritime shipping.

Anti-corrosion grades and insulation performance?

Standard containers feature C4 industrial-grade corrosion resistance, with C5 (marine) options available. For insulation, the inner walls are lined with high-density polyurethane foam, providing both flame retardancy and excellent thermal management.

How to prevent interference and simplify maintenance?

Strong and weak currents are strictly isolated using a dual-layer cable tray structure. Network and control cables (weak current) are routed on the upper layer, while power cables (strong current) occupy the lower layer, completely eliminating electromagnetic interference.

Warranty periods for CDU and key components?

Core electrical components and water pumps come with a standard 1-year warranty. Extended warranty options are available upon request to cover the CDU, switches, and other critical parts.

Daily manual maintenance and key inspection items?

No daily on-site manual intervention is required. Management relies on backend data monitoring. Monthly visual inspections are recommended for filter pressure differentials, quick coupling integrity, and dry cooler fin cleanliness.

Standard commissioning workflow and labor needs?

The standard workflow involves fluid filling, air venting, flushing, and pressure balancing, followed by electrical debugging and load testing. Typically, 2 technicians can complete the full-load commissioning of a single system within 1–2 days.

Instant alarms for pump, sensor, or humidity risks?

The system features millisecond-level response. In the event of pressure loss, sensor deviation, or leakage, fault nodes are highlighted on a topology diagram with instant alerts and automatic interlock protection.

What real-time data can be monitored?

The platform provides full-scale monitoring, covering inlet/outlet water temperatures, flow rates, differential pressure, pump VFD status, liquid levels, and total system power load for both main and branch pipelines.

Mobile monitoring and Modbus TCP/IP support?

Remote access is supported via both web browsers and mobile APPs. Modbus TCP/IP is provided as standard, allowing seamless integration with your existing DCIM or BMS platform.

Environmental disposal and cost for waste coolant?

Glycol-based waste is classified as industrial wastewater and requires certified disposal. While the material cost of new coolant is low, total replacement expenses are primarily driven by local waste treatment fees.

How to determine coolant replacement and degradation?

Replacement is based on water quality parameters (pH, conductivity, inhibitors, microbial levels) rather than time alone. Performance attenuation is indicated by acidic pH, conductivity surges, or flocculent deposits, typically requiring a 1–2 year cycle.
