Project Requirements and Challenges

The core requirements of the project were to achieve end-to-end full-process delivery of hydro-cooled containers, adapt to the local extreme environment and weak infrastructure, and reduce maintenance difficulty. The key challenges focused on the extreme environment of 2,500 altitude and 40-45℃ ambient temperature, the lack of application cases and operational data for similar projects, frequent local power grid fluctuations and limited maintenance resources, as well as the requirement to complete the full-process delivery within 12 months.

To address the core requirements and multiple challenges of this project, Cool Space, relies on years of technical accumulation and project experience in the hydro-cooling crypto mining field, breakthrough the limitations of traditional solutions and tailor-made an integrated solution featuring "end-to-end  process, extreme environment adaptation and low maintenance dependence", covering the entire project life cycle to accurately solve various problems.


In response to the core project challenges, Cool Space customized an integrated solution: first, we dispatched a professional technical team to conduct a comprehensive on-site survey and establish a simulation model to optimize the design; we upgraded the heat dissipation, insulation and power systems to adapt to the high-altitude and high-temperature environment; configured UPS and voltage stabilization devices to cope with power grid fluctuations; relied on a mature end-to-end delivery system to ensure on-schedule completion; and adopted low-maintenance design and remote maintenance functions to reduce dependence on on-site maintenance.
